If you’re looking to experience the real Asunción and Paraguay as a whole, I can’t recommend this place enough! The neighborhood is a fantastic choice: peaceful, safe, and full of things to see and do. I stayed for a month and felt completely at home. The apartment checked all the boxes with very fast WiFi for work, plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen, and a charming antique style with cozy furniture and warm welcoming colors. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, always available with great tips and advice whenever I needed it. Whether you’re working remotely or just looking for a place to explore the city, this is the perfect home base. You won’t regret staying here!!!!

Probably one of the best locations in the city. You have abundance of nice coffee shop, restaurants, gyms and supermarkets. It's really nice area, well developed and safe. The view from apartment is stunning, I had Amazing stay. Terrace fence doesn't feel safe enough tho haha, don't lean on it.

Hospedarte in any apartment or house in Nilsa is always the best experience, super recommend!
