Look no further for your romantic getaway! This adorable cottage had all we needed for an adventure filled and relaxing stay in St John. We loved the location too! We rented a car and really appreciated how short of a drive it was to get downtown. The snorkeling gear and beach amenities were perfect! This stay was worth every penny! Can’t wait to return and stay here again :)

Turtle's Nest was the perfect place for two! It is outside the crowded area of Cruz Bay, but close enough to enjoy the restaurants and beaches in that area. The studio was absolutely perfect, quiet, clean, cozy, comfortable and unique... private views of the pond, the beautiful landscape, and the critters. Iguanas made an appearance and the owners' dog and kitties were very welcoming! We LOVED the outside shower! It was a treat having access to the paddle boards. I took one out several times, paddling around the pond and into the bay. It was a short and easy creek walk to Chocolate Bay, where I was able to explore the clear waters and even took my goggles to enjoy the reef views from the board! Ask Jen how to walk to Hart Bay, a secluded rocky coral beach to explore! Some of our favorites were Salt Pond Beach, Ram's Head, Maho Bay, Beach Bar, Sam & Jacks Deli, Windmill Bar, Skinny Legs. Jen and Ryan were very friendly and so helpful throughout the trip. We will definitely be back!

I booked Jon's seaside villa for mine and my wife's 10th anniversary, my 50th birthday and my daughter's 8th birthday almost a year ago and we couldn't wait for the arrival day. It was totally worth the wait. After a 3 hour Delta delay out of Atlanta, we got to the island late with our initial plans blown up. After getting off at the ferry dock with all of our luggage, we were tired, hungry and mentally shot. We started walking to the cabin with all of our bags and realized that was a mistake. I texted Jon to see if he could help. He quickly responded and he and Nancy came to our rescue. Won't get into the details, but they swooped in and quickly made us feel like friends. Something we'll never forget. Now for the villa. Words can't describe the beauty your eyes see from inside the house. Your front lawn is the Caribbean Sea. Open the sliding glass doors and you hear nothing but waves crashing. And yes, the pictures on the listing are very accurate. Can't wait to go back!!!

Anna was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend having a rental car because our taxi wanted to charge us more to drive up to the gate to get into the complex and it’s much easier than waiting for a taxi. Bring bug spray if you plan on sitting out on the balcony! Bring laundry detergent if you plan on using the washing machine. The condo was spotless and comfortable. Perfect for a couple night stay for two people! Views from the pool were picturesque!

Bianca’s place is so much more than described. Impecable, confortable and modern. The only table we didn’t use was the indoor dinning table. The bathrooms are clean and beautiful. We cooked most of the time and everything we needed was there . Worth every penny. You wake up and go to sleep to soft waves on the beach. Best snorkeling in the entire island as far as I’m concerned. Absolutely loved it there !

What can we say… absolutely stunning house and view. We stay at a lot of Airbnbs around the globe, this one is a favorite!

I like these locations for local staycations. I have stayed with Dell multiple times and look forward to staying again. Locations are private, can be noisy but it’s quiet MOST times from my experience, and just a minute walk away from my favorite beach. Coki Point. I definitely recommend if these are some of the things you’re looking for!

This is the perfect location for a very peaceful and restful stay on Tortola. The host was really good at communicating both before and throughout our stay. One minor issue with the bathroom basin plug was resolved straight away. The garden area, pool and small beach were all delightful, though loungers could do with an upgrade (a very minor matter). Fall asleep and wake to the sound of the sea and if you’re really lucky watch a pelican fishing right in front of you. We saw it most mornings and late afternoons during our stay. Probably best to have a hire car available though taxis easy to organise. We also used the local bus service, which was ‘an experience’, one I’m glad we had. Would we go back? It’s a very long way from Europe! But we both really enjoyed our stay and, though not as young as we used to be, would love to come again. We had some important communications to make during our stay and excellent WiFi enabled us to do it. Thanks Justin and all the staff.

This condo was perfect for a family vacation. Amy was a great communicator leading up to the trip...she was proactive about travel instructions, check-in process, and even offered to help coordinate local activities. The space was clean and as-described. It was a very quick walk to the beach and pool, making it easy for our group to come up/down at our own pace. The condo was a quick drive (5 min) to the Red Hook area, where there were plenty of restaurants to check out. Overall, it was a great experience and would definitely recommend.

We had a great time. The weather was great and the view from the deck every morning was amazing. We loved the location of the unit. The unit was close to the pool, bar, and grill. The grill was open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and we enjoyed the food and drinks.

We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. It was awesome. We hardly left the villa. We stayed and enjoyed the pool, king size bed and the a/c. It was very quite there. It was everything as described. An outstanding stay at Good Vibes Only. The layout was perfect for our two families of four. Everything was as described and met expectations. The view? Amazing and beyond. We were fortunate to catch a full moonrise over Mandahl Bay, incredible experience. The location was perfect for us as well, private and remote-feeling yet a short 10-20 minute drive to everything else. The host, Roxanne, was helpful and responsive. Absolutely recommend a stay here.

Convenient room in a resort on St. Thomas. Beach of its own and easy walk to the St. Thomas Yacht Club for a sail or sailing lesson if you like. Short distance from restaurants in Red Hook.

My family of 4 stayed at Jazmin’s sapphire beach condo over Feb school break. It’s our second time staying in these condos as the location can’t be beat! Being so close to the beach, pool and Sapphire restaurants, it is an easy way to spend the day right there. Redhook is only a few minutes drive for access to many more amenities and the ferry. The condo is very nice, clean, comfortable and well stocked with linens, towels and beach items for the kids. Host was fast at answering my questions too. It was everything we could have asked for!

We loved The Beach House! The view and location cannot be beat. Convenient to Long Bay Resort, several restaurants walkable or a short drive. Beach an easy, less than 5 minute walk down the hill. Smugglers Cove super close for a calm beach and water, paddle boarding, snorkeling and cocktialing. We were also close to the market and a couple marinas that we used to charter a speed boat and then the Anne Bonny - an old school sail boat - a highlight of the trip! The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware and top of the line appliances, and the housekeeping service halfway through our stay was a nice surprise. We would definitely stay again!

The Privateer Beach Cottage is an amazing location at the far end of St. John's. This cottage cannot be beat if you are looking for beauty and serenity. We never saw a single person other than our family on Privateer Beach. Youneed to rent a jeep and be comfortable driving on the island. We loved cruising around St. John's finding new beaches and snorkeling. This is an absolute gem of a place to stay. I'm sure we will be back.

Tressa was great communicating and the binder they leave is great. The house is exactly as described and is beautiful. My wife is already bugging me to go back. We could only book for six nights due to availability so we stayed our last night at the Ritz. Villa Del Mar was cleaner than our room at the Ritz. Thank you for a great experience and will be booking again here soon.

Fantastic experience. The condo was spacious and so comfortable. It has everything we needed and more. The host was very responsive and kind. We had two kiddos with us and the unit was very accommodating to their needs. The beach was walkable and quiet. The pool and restaurants were so close and convenient. We would absolutely stay here again.

I stayed here for my birthday and it was truly a treat. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking - watching the sunrise and sunset each day felt like a dream, especially being able to see it right from the bed. The location was perfect, just a short distance from some stunning beaches that were both peaceful and rejuvenating. The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, and Crystal, the cleaner, was a reliable and friendly resource for rides from and to the airport. The entire experience felt easy, relaxing, and special. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a beautiful place to unwind with unforgettable views.

Heather was easy to work with. She responded quickly when we needed anything. They live on the property and you have access to them at all times. The kids are active on the level above the bedrooms but we left early everyday so it wasn’t a big deal to us. We used the house as a home base because we were gone from sunrise to sunset most days. It has a beautiful view from the deck. They do a great job providing all the necessities that you need in the house like laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and even sunblock/bug spray. The roads in the area are bumpy and you need a lot of concentration especially at night . Definitely need an all wheel drive/ 4*4 suv or jeep.

My partner and I stayed at Aaron’s place in St. Thomas for five nights, and it was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. The listing was exactly as described—if not better. The view from the property was absolutely stunning and quickly became one of our favorite parts of each day. It set the perfect tone for a relaxing and memorable getaway. The home was spotless upon arrival, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. It was well-appointed with a wide variety of amenities that made our stay feel easy and comfortable—from kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras that added convenience throughout the trip. Everything we needed was either available or clearly outlined in Aaron’s helpful communication. The only very minor issue we encountered was with the restroom door, which was a bit tricky to close quietly and occasionally caused a disturbance at night. That said, it was a small inconvenience in what was otherwise a flawless stay!

Sherri's condo was everything we wanted and more for our girls trip. The location was very convenient (very close to Redhook (the ferry, restaurants, bars, and shopping). The neighborhood was gated and felt safe. The condo itself is even more beautiful than the pictures. Very comfortable beds and pillows. We all slept great and never wanted to leave. The balcony was the perfect place for coffee or just admiring the view. We had a group of 5 girls, and we were all very satisfied. Sherri is great at communicating and making sure you have everything you need. Book this condo you won't regret it!
