Our studio (one open plan space + bathroom) with own private deck is in our peaceful garden. It is close to the CBD/waterfront - only 3 mins by car or flat 15 min walk. It is super clean, has comfy beds (either a king or 2 singles). It has a compact well-equipped kitchen with hot plate, microwave, BBQ (no oven) comfy lounge chairs, a table for meals/work, a good sized TV and a modern bathroom. Off street parking, lock up for bikes, good WIFI, no cleaning fee. Not suitable for children under 10.

This cute little self contained studio cottage is situated in our back garden surrounded by a lovely garden and fruit trees. It has been beautifully decorated and is very well equipped. At the back of the cottage in a private fenced off area surrounded by grape vines is a spa pool for you to enjoy a romantic evening under the stars or just soothing those tired muscles. The Storage Shed Ahuriri

The Storage Shed started its life in 1875 as part of Denholms general store, and is arguably one of the oldest buildings in the area. It is now a beautiful studio room decorated with up cycled retro furniture to create a bright happy creative space. The open ceiling with its rafters, ply walls, huge doors and windows create a light modern loft style space.
