It is a penthouse with three terraces, one of which is panoramic from which you can admire the white houses of the town, the Salento countryside and the sea of Gallipoli with the lighthouse.

After two years of renovation, we will be renting out my grandparents' former house, "Villa Greco," for the first time in spring 2025. This is a spacious house with the traditional, high ceilings "volte a stelle". It is about 98 square meters. Everything has been renovated in a very modern way. Casa Giorì is the typical Salento house finely renovated in a modern way but respecting its original nature with the typical star vaults. It is spread over two levels, between which a very spacious and comfortable loft has been created. The structure is the classic one with a kitchen, living room and bathroom on the ground floor and a bedroom with a second bathroom on the first floor. The loft can be used as an additional bedroom if necessary.

Our beautiful historical terrace house was built in 17th century, is located in the middle of historical centre of Gallipoli, near the Basilica di Sant'Agata and was completely renovated with great care in 2018 with the idea of creating a very comfortable, quiet and relaxing place. Great restaurants, chic bars, beautiful Purita beach and shops are all 2 minutes by walk from the front door. Large car parking is about 200 m from our house.
