After two years of renovation, we will be renting out my grandparents' former house, "Villa Greco," for the first time in spring 2025. This is a spacious house with the traditional, high ceilings "volte a stelle". It is about 98 square meters. Everything has been renovated in a very modern way. The house has air conditioning and heating. In addition, a wood-burning stove is also available for fall and winter days. The garden is beautiful. It's just a 5-minute walk to the baroque old town of Nardò.

Not suitable for those with mobility difficulties and, due to its peculiarities, for groups of children.
