The house is accessed from an external staircase. The outdoor pergola is furnished with a table and chairs/deckchairs The beach, about 250 meters away, can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The house has a private garden, with lawn, of about 200 square meters.

Ground-floor apartment in a villa, where there are 2 apartments. Each house has its own outdoor spaces. In the house: two bedrooms, one double, the other can be double or twin, combining the two beds. The window of the second bedroom has no view. The two bathrooms in the house both have a shower. The large living room/kitchen overlooks a wonderful sea view, facing west, therefore exposed to the sunset. The decor of the house is modern and tasteful.
