Retail has been practiced in the house from 1906 to 1928, and Nahkuri in the village has made the Nastola people's leather outfits. Nearby is Pajulahti Sports Institute with adventure parks and services. The grocery store and bus service to the city is only 600m.

The tiny home is located near the stunning Salpausselkä outdoor terrain. Lahti Ski Stadium is five kilometers away. P-H central hospital within walking distance. In the summer, convenient e-bikes can be rented from a nearby stop. Downstairs in the house, an idyllic wooden sauna with cooler spaces. There's an apple and plum trees in your own quiet yard. In the summer, you can apply for raspberries on top of the porridge, or you can cycle an apple pie from the stitches in the yard or just on the hammock.
