The house was used for retail trade in 1906-1928 and the village's tanner made the necessary leather accessories for the people of Nastola. Nearby is the Pajulahden Urheiluopisto with its adventure parks and services. The grocery store and bus connection to the city are only 600 m away.

Tidy 55 m2 with sauna and air-conditioned one-bedroom apartment in a quiet condominium with a top location in the immediate vicinity of Sibelius House and Port services. Anchor's S-market, R-kioski, Kotipizza, restaurant ships and cafes in the harbor, as well as a beach boulevard for jogging. Distance to downtown just over a kilometer. In the summer, 300 meters to a sandy beach. The parking space is located in a multi-storey car park, which is just a 10-metre walk from the flat.

A lovely cabin on the shore of Kalkkistenkoski. On the terace you can grill, eat, enjoy the evening sun, lounge on the deck chairs or see the local bird populations. The cabin also has a sauna, hot tub and an indoor fireplace. The cabins kitchen has the essentials for cooking and the barbeque and outdoor fireplace can also be used for cooking. The kitchen and sauna have warm water and drinking water will be delivered to the cabin. The cabin has an outdoor composting toilet.
