In a gated community, this house was made by a very special architect named Dedé. It's a great house for friends and family. Perfect for those who like to cook, have comfort and admire one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world! I spent many of the best moments of my life here. It has a poetry all its own. You need to experience it to feel what I'm trying to describe here. I'm biased, I know, but I recommend the experience. The house is also the setting of the book The Enchanter of People. =)

It is the perfect combination of a pleasant and quiet place to spend great moments as a couple, family or simply to “disconnect.” Located on a quiet and safe street, the condo is about 300 meters from the (8-minute walk), has 1 parking space, beach equipment and fast internet for watching Netflix, working or using the Wi-Fi.

Nossa casa é recém reformada. Os colchões e roupas de cama são novos. A cozinha tem 2 geladeiras, máquina de lavar louça, fogão de 5 bocas com 2 fornos, microondas e uma coifa potente. A piscina possuí iluminação e pode ser aquecida até 34°. A área da churrasqueira tem uma cervejeira, cooktop e um banheiro completo. A lavanderia é ampla com máquina de lavar e máquina de secar. A casa inteira é climatizada, tem wifi de fibra e fica a 150m da praia em um condomínio fechado com câmeras e vigia 24h.

Somos quase uma ilha – o acesso é feito por um translado de barco (incluso na hospedagem) em uma lancha de 28 pés, com muito conforto e vista incrível! A cabana é totalmente integrada à natureza: janelas amplas em todos os ambientes garantem uma vista da represa de tirar o fôlego - até do banheiro! Aqui, você pode nadar, andar de caiaque, pescar, caminhar ou ficar no sofá e se conectar com o entorno. Somos pet friendly.

Look for us on the ubatubacasatemporada networks (all together). Ideal for family enjoyment. We do not accept parties or events, nor loud noise.
