Wonderful house 10 steps from the sand of Tabatinga beach. The house has a modern and sophisticated style, carefully decorated with beautiful and planned furniture. All in porcelain in light tones. Living room with 80" TV and high ceilings, fitted and equipped kitchen. Modern bathrooms with Blindex. Laundry with washer and dryer, all 4 bedrooms with air conditioning, TVs and furniture designed for up to 16 guests. Outdoor area with pool, barbecue and balcony furniture for happy moments with family.
