Meanwhile, they have grown up :) We have rebuilt something and can now offer you three beautiful rooms (nice and cool in summer) on the lowest floor of our house. Quietly located to relax, but also possible to get to Berlin quickly by bus or train. Shopping available in the village. Small but nice, chic little studio for two

Welcome! A modern furnished, small studio awaits you on the upper ground floor of a two-family house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: A capsule coffee maker, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob and fridge. The view overlooks our beautiful garden. Bicycles can be parked there. The car can be parked directly in front of the house. In 10 minutes you are by bike in the beautiful city center or in 15 minutes at the nearest lake. Not a central location!

Small and colorful

The four-sided farm from 1890 still serves as a farm. Only the street-side house is used for living. Our guest apartments on the upper floor are now intended to create the balancing act between old and new. So we still live downstairs with the same furniture as my great-grandparents.

The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Berlinnah, located at the northern end of the village of Perwenitz, surrounded by fields, stands the residential building of the former mill complex. The two-story mill building was built around 1890 and used until 1994 for producing flour and feed. Today there are artist studios, gallery rooms, and a cafe in this building Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the house and is about 92 m² in size.

Our detached house is located on the southwestern edge of the city centre near the lake with bathing facilities. It is about 5 km to the A24 motorway. The bus (city line) stops every 20 minutes on weekdays about 200 m away. There is no noisy business in the residential area. The network of cycle paths is well developed and a restaurant is within walking distance of about 250 m.
