House with a very well-kept double garden, with a barbecue area and another with grass for sunbathing. Includes complimentary weekend breakfast. 2 Free parking spaces. Very quiet development, 100 meters from the golf course clubhouse, with cafeteria, restaurant and swimming pool. 15 minutes from Logroño, an ideal place to tour La Rioja. Located in a forest area for hiking trails to Neveras de Sojuela and mountain biking. Travel crib. NO PETS.

Accommodation for 6 or 7 people, located in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the courthouses and the city's historic downtown (5 or 10 minutes from Portales, C/ Laurel...). Apartment equipped with all amenities (heating, Wi-Fi, etc.), plus a kitchen with a kettle, electric juicer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, etc. Note that it is surrounded by small and large shops.
