We had many problems with guests making noise and upsetting the neighbours. NO PARTIES. NO NOISE AFTER 10.30pm. NO SMOKING INSIDE. Spacious entrance, large kitchen, two bedrooms each with a 1.50 m bed, living room with a 90 cm sofa bed, two full bathrooms with shower and a cozy terrace. It's a fifth with an elevator. Central heating and hot water by electric thermo. Bus and supermarket 200 m. No parties and pets.
