The property has a parking space, a large balcony, where you can serve your coffee prepared in the espresso machine. The sofa in the living room is 3 meters long, spacious and suitable for sleeping, the TV has a generous diagonal, and the kitchen is designed to help guests with the dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator.

La numai 100 de metri sunt amplasate beach bar-uri, restaurante, market-uri, iar la aproximativ 5 minute de mers pe jos se afla un hypermaket Lidl ce dispune de stație de încărcare pentru mașini electrice, accesul fiind gratuit. Plajele din apropiere sunt ideale ca și suprafață, distanța de la șezlonguri pana la mare fiind de maxim 5 metri.

Locația este complet utilată, având wi-fi, TV Led, aer condiționat, centrală termică, plita pe gaz și espressor. Aceasta este dotată cu un pat matrimonial. Garsoniera are un balcon mare de 12mp.

The studio has a balcony, is fully furnished and equipped and is on the 2nd floor, the building has an elevator. In the studio, soups/ stews and other dishes of this kind are not cooked. We do not provide food supplies for cooking.
