very comfortable the house with all the facilities and very clean. the pool great and the best super close to downtown, silver and shops. Blanca is very helpful and always responds immediately, she is an excellent host. i highly recommend the place, I will definitely come back.

Excellent service and attention

Awesome house on the beach! The location is impeccable - quiet at the end of the San Pancho beach, but easy to walk or drive into town. The house was very traditional, but updated and comfortable - a good mix of modern ammenities and classic Mexican design. The pool was great and a nice area to relax. Beds were comfortable. Hot water was good. Wifi was reliable. An excellent choice for any small group.

The house is Incredible, all the rooms and amenities met 100% the expectation, the whole family really enjoyed it and we went out with an excellent taste of mouth.

Your home was just right in order for everyone to have the experience needed and to want to do it again!! Yes ... every Moms dream. Your kitchen was amazing and my son who loves to cook found everything and more needed to prepare wonderful meals for us all. Everyone having their own bedroom and bathroom was a plus. The easy walk ability to the beach was enjoyed by all, as was lounging by the pool. I enjoyed yoga on the upstairs terrace most mornings. Your home is a beautiful retreat. San Pancho is our new favorite Mexican destination and we would definitely book again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at Mike's place. Mike was very friendly and communicative during our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the location was great! We would definitely consider staying at Mike's place on a future trip to PV.

Like the other reviews, I agree that it’s a beautiful place on a quiet street (more residential). It’s very close to lots of things to do and any attractions are. Quick 10-20 min uber ride or ~15-30 min walk. Oquitzin was super friendly and made me feel right at home, gave me great recommendations, and promptly answered any questions or requests I had. His home is beautifully designed, impeccable, and had everything I needed. Would love to stay again!

We had a lovely stay at Leanne and Lawrence’s Airbnb! The rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset. The apartment’s staff were all so kind and helpful and the common areas were very taken care of! It is also conveniently located by stores and restaurants, and there is always a sporting event taking place at the baseball/track field. The neighborhood was fairly quiet in the evening as well. Thank you so much!

Great base for exploring PV, 3 markets, a meat store and an Oxxo within minutes. Rooftop pool amazing, best equipped Airbnb I have ever stayed in

The place has an amazing view, the room is quite comfortable and cozy. The super well equipped kitchen, we had everything we needed. It has a restaurant almost next door for special dinners between the family. The deck is an unexpected extra, to live together and enjoy the scenery. I definitely think about coming back in the new year.

We stayed for the month of July and love it! Nice comfortable place. Big shower, big king bed and nice roof top area to chill in. Joanna is a wonderful host that communicates well with her guests. The location is great as you are in a real Mexican town full of nice friendly folks. Most everything you need is there in the small stores that are all over town. The beach in Lo de Marcos is unrivaled. Absolutely beautiful and uncrowded. The south end has a couple beach bars and mellow waves. (We went to Tomatina often on the south end of the beach. Fantastic food and drink and service.) The neighbors all around the unit are friendly and inviting. We would for sure stay there again.

We had beautiful views, all very functional and beautiful, easy to get to and the cabin is very well conditioned with everything you need. All people are very friendly, there is no sign but it was not necessary since there were many landscapes to appreciate, recommended if you need connection with nature and self-knowledge. I 😊 never saw such a clear sky to see so many stars!!!✨

A very nice, rural, rustic place, you feel in a very cozy place, the service is very good, they provide you at all times, they care about your needs and offer you all the help they can. They are very kind and supportive. A very good place to stay, either in the cabins or in the "Hotel Principal" that is of the same owners, very nice and cozy, they have a museum and they explain the history of the community. This cottage is beautiful on the outside and inside , it also has everything you need to spend the whole stay inside it without having to go out too much . The location is very good as it is very quiet and has an unparalleled view of the village . Maria's attention was excellent . Definitely a place where I would stay again .
