A vertical ladder will take you to the king size bed sitting on a loft/mezzanine. The first floor offers plenty of room to lounge and relax by the small plunge pool. Important to notice parking is on the main road and there’s a 30mts walk up a dirt alley. Although this is mostly a quiet area there might be the occasional rooster or barking dog.

Punta Custodio has only 14 houses and shares a sprawling swimming pool that overlooks the ocean. Platanitos is a short walk away and consists of beach front restaurants specializing in Mexican Seafood, it is not a residential town, so Villa Exotica is exclusive and remote without being isolated. Our house is most comfortable with four adults and 2 of kid.
