Holiday rentals in Nea Sevastia

Our home was just 7-8 minutes away by car from all the amenities of Aspravalta and only a 2-3 minute walk to the sea. We spend 7 days there and we found everything needed in the house. The open-plan living room had a large table that was perfect for both dining and working. The bedroom was thoughtfully and stylishly decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. All the linens were spotless, almost like brand new. Waking up every morning to a nearly 180-degree view of the sea and the Halkidiki mountains, and being able to look at that view any chance we got during the day, made us so so happy. With its stunning view, spacious living room and balcony, and breathtaking sunsets, we spent an unforgettable 7 days here. If I had to summarize this stay, I would describe it as peace, tranquility, and hope. We’re truly happy to have met our wonderful hosts, Martha and Joannis and their lovely boys. We stayed in this beautiful house for one week and it was more than pleasant. We used the kitchen every day and it was fully equipped and clean. The yard is the perl in the crown.. nice, clean, perfect for kids or just to take a nap or chill in the afternoon.. our daughter was more than happy to play there. The host was very easy to communicate with and was always responding to all my questions fast and accurate. The area is nice, there are delicious restaurants nearby and the main beach of Nea Peramos is accessible by food, however we drove to ammolofoi beach, which is very beautiful and takes only 10 min by car to be reached. We will definitely come back to this lovely place.

I had a wonderful stay at Babis' house! The place was spotless and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal—close to local amenities and just a short drive to some incredible beaches. Ammolofoi Beach, in particular, was our favorite, only a few minutes away by car. If you're looking for a relaxing stay in a great location, I highly recommend this place!

Staying at Diana's house has been a wonderful experience. The house was spotlessly clean, convenient, beautifully decorated and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. It easily fit more people. We were a group of eight and always had enough dishes, cutlery and space to sit all together. We loved the seating areas outside the house. At any time of the day there was a spot in the shade where you could eat or just chill and enjoy the stunning nature around. Some of us regularly took a nap on the sofa outside. As mentioned by Diana, the beach was stoney and there were urchins, so shoes were definitely needed. The water was very clear and it was perfect for snorkelling. Plenty of sea life to see. Easy to paddle or row to other nearby beaches or to a cliff jumping spot if you feel adventurous. While the village and the organised beaches were quite busy, we were mostly by ourselves. Diana has been an amazing host - very friendly, caring and helpful. Overall, a place to come back to!

The beach where the house is located is really perfect, the sea is sandy and the house is a 1-minute walk from the sea, it is not facing the beach, but the rear building adjacent to it, the house is a duplex on the 2nd and 3rd floor, the bedrooms are 2 on the upper floor, there is a raft and a large bathroom on the lower floor, the house is spacious. It has a terrace, my mother and I were very pleased, thank you for everything, I hope we will come again.

This was the best sea site accommodation, I have had ever. Within the nature -big garden, above the sea, wonderful sun rises and moon sea path view from the enormous veranda, a minute walk distance from the beach through a private door, fully equipment house, including canoe, umbrella, sunbeds, games, barbecue....great restaurant-5 mins walking. Polite and friendly host. Definitely I will be guest again.

The flat is very well situated, 5 minutes far from the seacoast. It is situated at the ground flour in a building of 5 stores. There are two levels of terraces till the entrance of the flat, which is perfect for taking the breakfast in the morning or sip a wine in the evening. You have some privacy assured by the plants. Inside all seems new and is perfect clean, and decorated with nice taste. It can receive up to 4 persons. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. The host even provided coffee, sugar, and even soup in bag. She is more than nice and helpful. She gave me recommendations where to eat, where to walk and what to see. All in all, a very good impression and a nice souvenir from Kavalla.
