This is my apartment located at the Sèvre Lecourbe metro station in Paris. The apartment has a magnificent view of the Eiffel Tower and the Parisian aerial metro. It is 42 square meters and has a balcony. The apartment is new and decorated with style and quality furniture. There is a separate bedroom (with high quality mattress), kitchen, living room and separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped and fully usable during the stay. Bright and perfectly located accommodation. The studio located on the 5th floor (no elevator) consists of a spacious living area with a sofa bed; an equipped kitchen and a refurbished bathroom. The studio is ideally located in the center of Paris (7th/15th). It is a 10-minute walk to Les Invalides and a 20-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. It is also served by lines 6, 10, 12, and 13. I live in this studio; part of the dressing room will be closed during the rental. Enjoy your stay!
