Very bright, beautiful unobstructed view, on the 7th floor with elevator elevator elevator elevator access Located in the heart of the 15th (Cambronne - Lecourbe), the Eiffel Tower is a 7-minute walk, Gare Montparnasse and Les Invalides is a 10-minute walk away, UNESCO is 5 min away. Overlooking a quiet garden, close to all shops and services, buses and subways nearby. Safety provided by a Manager from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Nice Cosy appart close exhibition center 14distric

15 mn to Porte de Versailles exhibition center, beautiful and sunny apartment in a great location just between Alesia and Porte Orleans, 14 district, with elevator/lift. It is a NON SMOKING PLACE as I DO NOT SMOKE. This large renovated studio (40 Square Meters) comes with a spacious room, a nice and quiet balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom and high speed wifi. There are one comfortable double bed (*190) Because it is in a big city, the dust is inevitable, sorry in advance

Bright, Clean and quiet apartment facing a courtyard, well equipped and close to Montparnasse. The apartment has been totally refurbished in 2018, keeping the identity and the character of the building. You will find some good amenities, including all the necessary appliances (Washer, Dish Washer, etc) and small attentions to simplify your stay, and make you feel at home while on travel ! A large 43 screen in 4K, and a Gigabit internet access with gigabit Ethernet plugs & top Wifi.
