Monthly Rentals in Nederland

I had just a quick 2 night stay, but it was great! Comfy and cozy, clean. It was a very short walk to the town center for coffee, restaurants, and breweries. Nice spot.

We were definitely impressed with this little cabin! The location was perfect - very quiet but close enough to downtown Nederland and the surrounding parks that we were able to make the most of our stay. We would love to return someday!

A great place to stay in the mountains and is pet friendly. It was perfect for the wife and I and our pup that we brough along. We were pleasantly surprised with all the amenities that were supplied (extra towels and cooking supplies and such). Each room was climate controlled for heat, which was also nice. Along with the gas fireplace, its a cozy stay. Tim also has a about a 3 acre fenced in yard that was perfect for our dog who of course loved it also. All in all great stay and we will be coming back.

This small cabin is perfect for 2. There was nothing that we lacked. The cabin was clean and tidy. Everything worked. The WiFi was reliable, which doesn’t always happen. Tami, our host, was attentive and made sure that any questions we had were answered quickly. The bed was comfortable. The roads to the cabin are well maintained but the cabin is up a short driveway that might have snow. An all wheel drive car is highly recommended. The location, just outside of Golden Gate Canyon State Park, really puts you close to any number of adventures that you might wish to have. It is also close to Eldora Ski Resort and the interesting town of Nederland. This is a great spot for peace and quiet. Having just stayed in a room that didn’t have adequate lightning for reading, I want to mention that the lighting in the cabin was excellent!
