We are renting a quiet, bright 21/2 room ground floor apartment (75 m²) with a separate entrance in Berg am Irchel, in the Zurich wine country. Winterthur, Schaffhausen, Zurich and the airport can be reached in 30-40 minutes by car. 60 minutes to Zurich by bus and train. The bus station is in the village within walking distance. The apartment and the surroundings are very child-friendly. Your children will find plenty of space to play on our farm. You will stay on the edge of the village on a farm surrounded by fruit trees.

On the banks of the Töss River

Enjoy nature, the small river, the birdsong in the morning and the local wine. Or just go hiking or take the bike and explore the countless highlights of the nearby surroundings. Our house is located directly on the sunny slope of the Irchel mountain, which reaches almost 700 m in altitude and has many forest hiking trails and vines. At the top of the hill you can see the beautiful Alpine panorama. Orchids are also available here. Rheinfall, Schaffhausen and Zurich can be reached in 30 minutes, Winterthur in 15 minutes

Diese einzigartige Loft liegt 13 Autominuten vom Airport-ZH und 20min. von der Stadtgrenze Zürich entfernt. Die Gegend ist ländlich, mit Wäldern und einem Fluss direkt beim Haus. Die Loft ist 280m2 gross und komplett mit allem ausgerüstet. Es fehlt hier an nichts. Die Betten im oberen Stock sind von feinster Qualität und auch die Sanitären Anlagen. Der untere Stock ist 200m2 gross und beinhaltet ebenso eine Schlafmöglichkeit für 2 Personen. Wintergarten und Terrasse sind im 3. Stock.

Trailer on the farm

Our lovingly converted construction trailer is in an idyllic location on our farm near the horses. It is green and blooming all around this small, cozy place and at the same time you are right in the hustle and bustle of a farm. You will find peace and nature, but you will be in Winterthur in 15 minutes. There are 2 shared toilets, but no shower. The construction trailer is equipped with a cozy 1.40 x 2 m bed and seating, as well as heating and drinks.

Newly built apartment in an idyllic village with about 1000 inhabitants. Located right on the Swiss border. Very close is the largest waterfall in Europe, the Rhine Falls. Ideal hiking and cycling paradise. Pure nature. Water sports in and on the Rhine (swimming, diving, paddling, etc.). Large parking right in front of the apartment. Long-term guests up to a maximum of 3 months are also welcome. A place where you just feel really comfortable!

Spacious, rural and close to the airport

The accommodation is located in rural Hochfelden. Zurich Airport can be reached in 15 minutes by car and Zurich City in 40 minutes. Every 30 minutes, a bus leaves that offers various connections. Zurich Airport and Zurich City can be reached in 45 minutes. To make your stay more comfortable, I offer a reliable shuttle service to Zurich Airport, Zurich City and Bülach train station for a fee. So you can arrive and depart stress-free.

Modern room on farm, private seating

We are a family who runs the farm ourselves and look forward to welcoming guests in our specially furnished guest room. A dog and cats as well as a few chickens currently live on our farm. We are also constantly thinking about acquiring more animals. There are numerous dirt roads for hikes. The Thur and the Rhine are within reach and beautiful bike tours can be made. We are happy to help with planning activities.
