Holiday rentals with beach access in Nelson City Council

A warm welcome from Heinz and Akiko after long day of travel. Their place was lovely and spacious with beautiful views. Had all the necessary equipment to be able to cook, comfy bed and clean bathroom. Close to mountain bike trails and trail running. A great place to stay for relaxing and making use of all of the activities close by. Thank you 🙏

Loved our stay here over my birthday weekend - extra thank you for my birthday bottle of wine! Ana is a fantastic host, the space is perfect for two, with the added bonus of a parking space out front. The cupboards had some extra cooking bits in which goes a long way when you’re staying in to cook each night. The bathroom was stocked with loads of loo roll which is an added bonus for an AirBnB! Overall very happy and would highly recommend.

Very nice apartment. Was lovely and clean and it felt very welcoming. The heater was on when we arrived and to top it off, there were some treats for us too. Bed was comfy, slept like a log. Communication was easy, Ana responded immediately and was super helpful. Nice to have easy access to the beach as well. Would definitely stay again, highly recommend this place.

We have had the most amazing stay! The apartment is even better than it looks in the photos! View to die for from the enormous balcony, super comfortable beds, high end appliances & friendly accommodating hosts… we don’t want to leave!

Outstanding views of the water from sunrise to sunset. Jenny was very attentive as our host. The loft was very well equipped to meet all our needs.

Smyth's home was a complete oasis for our month stay, we always looked forward heading back here at the end of the day! Beautiful scenery and lots of open space around. Smyth was very friendly and accommodating, couldn't have asked for a better home or host for our time in the Nelson-Tasman area - we felt right at home!

The house was well equipped and really nice. It was a quiet place and really close to the beach.

An absolutely beautiful home which we felt very comfortable in as soon as we walked in. Stunning art work on the walls, clean and comfy beds, a sweet private garden with ocean views, what more could you ask for! The home had plentiful space for the 4 of us, including a study area which my partner was able to work in quietly. If we ever came back to Nelson I would definitely hope to stay here again. A beautiful home in a great location. If you a looking for peace, views, space for everyone and a beach location then this is a great spot. We really enjoyed how spacious the house is, and having two bathrooms and two living areas made for fewer teenage squabbles and a more relaxing time for all. The deck is a great spot to relax in the sun. We also admired the skilful craftsman ship that has gone into renovating this grand dame of a villa. Our bikes had a sheltered spot under the deck and we enjoyed connecting up with and exploring the cycle trails (although there is a bit of road to navigate before you get to them). All in all it was a superb stay and we were sad to leave. Claire is a great host.

Jacqui was the perfect host and very responsive and flexible with our stay. The view from the terrace is simply stunning and the space is so sociable, great for families or group of friends. Would definitely stay again.
