Βρίσκεται στο Νέο Κλήμα ( Ελιος) και απέχει 400 μέτρα απο τη θάλασσα. Η βίλα αποτελείται απο σαλόνι ( με καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι ) ,τραπεζαρία, κουζίνα ( πλήρως εξοπλισμένη), απο 3 υπνοδωμάτια , με ανατομικά στρώματα ( εκ των οποίων το ένα έχει καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι και μίνι μπαρ ) , 3 μπάνια και 1 WC.Επίσης στη γειτονιά υπάρχει free parking

Beachfront studio in Loutraki with one bedroom( 35 sq.m.) There is a large dining table and chairs on the terrace outside, and a large pergola providing shade for out-door dining. All windows and doors have fixed insect-screens. The road outside is a cul-de-sac and leads only to the footpath to the beach, so it is very peaceful with no passing traffic. Fully serviced with cleaning and linen change every 4 days. Beach towels are provided.
