Come and enjoy the beach by staying at this 12th floor Private studio condo at the Daytona Beach Resort. Magnificent spectacular south views of the beach/ocean and city from inside the room or by stepping out on the balcony. Fully Furnished to have a comfortable stay. We are a 10 minute drive to the closest beach access, 15 minutes to the speedway and 3 minutes to Pictona pickleball club. This studio has everything you could need for a weekend retreat or longer. Great for staycations or as a work-from-home alternative. It comfortably fits one or two guests. Queen bed. Due to owners allergies and asthma, we are unable to host any animals.

This condo is privately owned and located on the 6th floor of the Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center. Spend your days vacationing at the resort while enjoying four pools, two hot tubs, a gym, a sauna, tiki bar and more.
