'La Volière' Gîte between two seas – Saint-Émilion

La Volière is located on a rocky promontory, overlooking a magnificent farmstead where a few sheep are happily grazing. Adjacent to the estate, the cottage, with its private garden, will offer you the silence of the countryside and a peaceful view. In summer, you can enjoy access to the shared swimming pool. There are many wineries around us, walks and bike rides, flea markets and car boot sales depending on the time of year, and if you want to breathe in the ocean air, it's not far away!

You will have lunch on the pool view terrace, (saltwater, heated from May 15 to September 15, 10x5), on the edge of Dordogne, first line to see the tidal bore. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

If you are a surfer, you can try surfing the famous Mascaret de St-Pardon wave that passes at the foot of the house.

The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, bedroom with bathtub and garden. Ideally located, in addition to the wine landscapes you can easily go to Bordeaux, the Arcachon Bay or Dordogne.
