The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, bedroom with bathtub and garden. Ideally located, in addition to the wine landscapes you can easily go to Bordeaux, the Arcachon Bay or Dordogne. There is a very large swimming pool for private use (18 meters by 6) and a tennis court. An annex building can be added, increasing the capacity by 5 people, or 16 people in total.
