The KORES boutique houses are an independent, self-catering lodging of two furnished residences that have been specially developed in a completely renovated multi-storey medieval building, in the traditional district of Topanas, on the western side of the old Venetian harbor of Chania.Both residences are enchanting houses with hospitable rooms in light and frugal lines. The harmony of spaces in levels, the arches, erratic walls, the galleries and Venetian walls that constitute a part of the house, create an astonishing cluster of medieval architecture in the two residences with the names "Aspasia" and "Ekaterini". "Aspasia" occupies the ground floor and the first floor of the lodging and consists of: The ground floor with a double bedded bedroom and another with a couch – bed, and a bathroom with open shower. The first floor with the living room, the dining room and open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms with closed showers, a master bedroom in the loft and a bedroom with two single beds below. "Ekaterini" occupies the second and third floor of the lodging and consists of: The second floor with the living room, dining room and open plan kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a den with the “Turkish” couch that can easily host a 5th individual in the residence if necessary and a bathroom with a closed shower. The rooms of the second floor have access to a garden with a dining table, six chairs and an umbrella offering ample shade. The third floor with a master bedroom and its private terrace with a couch, a patio table and sun beds give the opportunity to guests to enjoy relaxation in the sun and the unhindered views of traditional backstreets, roofs and lofts of buildings, and of the mountains in the south.

Aspasia's courtyard, Lakkoi, Chania, Crete

A quiet 60sqm house in the village of Lakkes, at an altitude of 500 meters, with a traditional atmosphere, with unobstructed views of the White Mountains of Crete, with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with a kitchen, accommodating 4 people and their pet. The sunrise hits the yard and the windows of the house in the morning and bathes it in light. 20 minutes from the Samaria gorge, 30 minutes from Chania and 60 minutes to Sougia in the Libyan Sea and 10 minutes from the nearest supermarket.

Our beautiful house lies in the district called Agioi Apostoloi, 4 km away from the center of Chania and only 600 m from the sandy beach. Easy access to the highway that will take you to the most famous beaches of Crete. The accommodation offers free parking. Really close to the house you can find a bakery, coffee shops, and restaurants. There are four sandy beaches within walking distance from the apartment that you can visit also the windy days this bays is ideal for families with children.

Hestia. Feels like home.

Hestia is located in a peaceful neighborhood of Nea Chora, close to the city centre and the Old Harbour and 100 meters away from the beach. The decor is minimal, based on earth colours, giving emphasis to the stone walls, which have been preserved after the renovation of the house in 2017. The bathroom is spacious, connected to the bedroom, the kitchen is separate and there are two courtyards back and front. It is fully equipped with household appliances and offers dedicated internet access.

Traditional stone house

Renovated- traditional 100 year old stone house (74, 91 sq.m.) reminiscent of a shelter. Settled in a small village named Zourva, at an altitude of 650 m. in the heart of the White Mountains. Furnished, with air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, TV and energy fireplace for cold winter nights. Two large balconies with stunning views of the cypress forest and Tromarissa gorge. There are two taverns in the village, and also two beautiful hiking paths for those who love hiking.

Single bedroom house in the very center of Chania , within walking distance of every sight of interest in the city. Our house , renovated in 2018 , is equipped with all the amenities you might need for a short or an extended stay . The front yard that appears in the photos is shared with the guests of another house but there will always be enough space for everyone . Local tax of 8€/night included in the price.
