Entrance is from a big terrace that can be enjoyed during the stay Apartment offers a well equipped kitchen & a cosy living room. Downstairs is a big bedroom for 2-4 people. Peaceful cottage blue in the countryside.

Beautiful, warm and cozy cottage with beds for up to 4 people. It's located in the countryside 18 km from the town Egilsstaðir on road 931. It's on the south side of the lake on the way to Hallormsstaður the biggest forest in Iceland. The next grocery store is in Egilsstaðir. Good paved road, passable all the year. Quiet, peaceful and beautiful landscape, nice hiking trails down to the lake or up to the hills, good place to see the northern lights in wintertime.

The cottage is on a small and quiet family run farm, 8 km to the town Egilsstaðir. These small houses are cozy and heated with geothermal energy, the cottages can be booked all year around. We provide linen, towels, tea and Coffee for no extra charge. The surrounding area consists of a river, trees, northern lights, beautiful nature and during the winter time you might even see some reindeers wandering around.

Amazing cabin with hot tub, close to Egilsstadir

My cabin is close to Egilsstaðir town (10min drive south west of Egilsstaðir, the map location is not correct), surrounded by beautiful landscape on the east coast of Iceland. You'd love my place! it has everything you need for a great summer holiday. it is suitable for couples, friends and families (with kids). My taxnumber: HG-00004642.
