Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. Moin! Willkommen in Papenburg, dem Venedig Deutschlands. Unsere Ferienwohnung „Anni“ befindet sich im Papenburger Ortsteil Obenende, direkt am Kanal gelegen. Supermärkte, Restaurants und weitere Services sind im Umkreis von 1,5km gut erreichbar. Die ca. 50qm große Wohnung hat einen separaten Eingang und ist über eine Außentreppe erreichbar. Das Gebäude wurde im Jahr 2022 nach KfW 40+ Standard gebaut und ist somit technisch auf dem neuesten Stand (Fußbodenheizung, Be- und Entlüftungsanlage).

To relax, there is a 3-person massage Jacuzzi under the veranda. The deposit for our house is €250. The area is ideal for peace seekers, hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers. In our beautiful fenced private garden, you will enjoy the many bird species.

Heede is a beautiful place with many possibilities - from cycling tours on the Ems to great restaurants in the village or a round of water skiing on our large lake... there is definitely something suitable! The apartment is indicated for two people, but the couch in the living room can be pulled out so that one or two children can travel along without any problems! We are happy to host you!
