The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Our ground-floor apartment is close to Barneville-Carteret - sea plus forest. This apartment is entirely separate and a completely private space with its own bathroom and small kitchen. There is one king-size bed, or this can split into two single beds - please advise preferences. Sunny enclosed terrace. The apartment does adjoin the gite and our house next to it, so some minimal noise is possible between the internal walls of the properties.

It is located 2.4 km from the pretty beach of Denneville. 4 bikes available will allow you to get there very easily. House with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, beautiful living room, large garden with terrace, petanque court and courtyard at the front of the house. Linens are available (extra charge) Croissants and fresh bread are 600 m from the house.

A wooden terrace with table,chairs, shade sail and sunbeds. We only accept 1 dog and small size and no category dog ( staff,rott etc...) We don't want any parties in the accommodation, no birthdays, no New Year's Eve.
