Fall asleep under the starry dome, wake to mist over the fields in the morning, and in the evening enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning stove and sauna. Our yurt is a peaceful retreat for anyone looking for a few days away from everyday life and wanting to live at a slower pace. Surrounding the yurt are vast fields and a picturesque biotope. All you can hear is the birds, the calls of the cranes, or simply the tranquillity of nature. The best way to end the day is in the sauna, followed by a cosy evening by the campfire.

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

Our vacation home will be completed in 2024 and has been furnished with a lot of joy and love. It is an oasis in the middle of a beautiful landscape with a view of nature. Sommersdorf is located in the beautiful "Mecklenburg Switzerland" and directly on Lake Kummerow. The surroundings invite you to a wide variety of leisure activities such as walks, bike rides, swimming, paddling and much more. We are happy to give tips for excursions, restaurants, cafés and shopping.

Many lakes and the small town of Boitzenburg with its beautiful castle are very close.
