The apartment is 55 m2, divided into a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Neukalen, a small dreamy place on the Peene with water access to Lake Kummerow, which invites you to relax and take an active vacation: cycling, boating, fishing, surfing and sailing, swimming as well as walks in an untouched nature. Good food is available at the harbor, in the bistros and in various excursion restaurants. On our small farm, you can end the day comfortably.

It feels like you are at the edge of the world here, a garden full of trees with a view of the Mecklenburg prairie. The apartment has its own entrance and garden area. 4 sheep and 5 cats inhabit the large garden. 2 e-bikes can be rented. Wood-burning stove sauna & hot pot are available for a fee. The village of Barlin is a very nice place to vacation with horses and a playground. Forest and lakes are close. We former Berliners live next door as a family.

In Schweinrich on the motorboat-free Dranser See lies the romantic holiday home "Landlust" with an idyllic large garden, only 100 meters from the bathing area. There is a boat house with its own jetty. Canoe, kayaks and sailing dinghies (sailing skills required) can be rented. Landhaus Marie

Landhaus Marie is much more than just a place to stay. You have an entire house only for you. Here is a place to feel good, switch off, relax and unwind. No noise nuisance, no real car traffic, but nights when it gets dark. New: The property is now completely fenced. The nearest supermarket (Demmin) is 15 minutes by car. For the essentials, there is an old "consumption" in the neighboring village. Having a car here is seen as an advantage.

Vacation home 1 Teterow/Teschow

Our apartment is located within sight of the Teschow golf course. 4 friendly horses are your direct neighbors. Lake Teterow with its large nature reserve and the small "Runde See" with its water sports facilities is only a 5-minute walk away. A canoe and a SUP are available on request. Private terrace and garden invite you to sunbathe, barbecue and relax. The Baltic Sea as well as the Müritz can be reached in 50 or 30 minutes by car

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. Whether it's cultural excursions, sports activities or a beach vacation, this is the ideal starting point. At the harbor you can rent a boat, canoes or bicycles and go on a discovery tour.

To our delight, we were connected to the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
