It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. Welcome to Camphausen Velo & Wohnen. We have equipped the apartments as we would like them for our vacation. A very cozy living and dining area with open kitchen, a spacious bathroom with sauna, another bathroom, a box-spring bed in the master bedroom, double beds in the other two bedrooms and a beautiful outdoor area. In addition, we will provide you with three electric bikes for the duration of your stay to explore our beautiful countryside.

The “Rosengärtchen” is a top-class holiday apartment in the oldest wine town in Germany, directly on the Moselle. It can be rented as a "Junior Suite" with just one bedroom for 2 people (basic price when booking with two people). For 20 €/day more, the apartment is also available as a "Senior Suite" for 2 people, which has separate bedrooms and want to enjoy the full luxury of the apartment. Guests are welcome to decide individually on site.
