Benefiting from one of the most beautiful views of the Loire, this family home allows you to come and recharge your batteries (2 hours from the center of Paris by car).

Located on the road to the castles, between Chambord and Cheverny, come and recharge your batteries for a few days in the peace and quiet of our house, restored in 2019. On a completely enclosed plot, the house is ideally located in the town center of the commune facing the bakery and restaurant. Ideal place to discover the Region and its riches: Sologne, banks of the Loire, visit to Beauval Zoo (Most beautiful zoo in France) and the many castles of the Loire. Bike path passes in front of the house.

Proche de Beauregard 1km, Cheverny 6km, Blois 8km, Chaumont sur Loire 17km, Chambord 18km, Amboise 34km, Chenonceau 40 km, sans oublier le Zooparc de Beauval (un des plus beau zoo du monde). Our beautiful residence near the Châteaux de la Loire and the Beauval zoo is called Villa Eribelle. Rich in its warm setting, the Villa offers quality services has a swimming pool, a pond for fishing enthusiasts and a fireplace to enjoy it even in winter. Very close to shops and the city center, you will never feel lost. A change of scenery will be assured from the first glance on this fully equipped 17th century farmhouse and for the happiness of all.

Sologne of the "Bontens" ponds

Adjacent to our main house, this small house, typically Solognote, has been renovated by us. Its entrance is protected by a veranda. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the house on the street is independent of ours, a private garage is available. Dog accepted, clean, (12 kg max), on request, subject to conditions, only one pet allowed.

Our cottage is a house in the countryside in a quiet and relaxing location. We are located 20 minutes from Chambord Castle, 30 minutes from Lamotte-Beuvron Equestrian Park and 1 hour from Beauval Zoo. Many essential shops are nearby. In short, our cottage is the perfect place to come and rest or visit our beautiful Sologne, whether through its hiking trails or its bike or horseback riding trails.
