Dear future guests, Welcome to our stunning duplex apartment! Please note that this was previously our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while, and everything was custom-made to my liking (first-floor flat). Located a 15-minute walk from the city centre and a 5-minute walk from the train station, I hope this accommodation will offer you a remarkable experience if you are looking for comfort, style and convenience. Please note: there is a beam at the level of the bedroom at 1.70 m.

Surrounded by a pretty flower garden in which you can finally spend a stay away from the tumults of the city, while keeping a quick access to all the amenities 4 km away, our stone house is located 300 m from the vineyard. Beautiful gîte with airconditioning "La Belle Vie"

Deze sfeervolle, ruime accommodatie (65m2) is perfect voor een fijne overnachting. De gîte is voorzien van alle benodigde voorzieningen. Buiten kunt u genieten op het zonneterras, met uitzicht over het weiland waar de paarden grazen. De gîte ligt landelijk gelegen, maar op korte afstand van restaurant, supermarkt en de snelweg, A71 (10 minuten). Als u wilt kunt u gebruik maken van onze goed gevulde ontbijtmand. Reserveren is noodzakelijk. Kosten €12,50 per persoon.

Cosy Village House – Walks, Culture & Nature

This cosy and relaxing house is located in a small village in the Allier (03, Auvergne Rhône-Alpes). You will find a bakery, a mini-market, a bar-tabac, a pharmacy, a hotel-restaurant, a local products shop and a brocante. The village borders the Allier River – ideal for canoeing or fishing – and the house is situated on the GR3, the Way of St. James (Camino de Santiago). No wifi or television, but peace, relaxation and board games to enjoy life in a different way.

Cozy old farmhouse

Quiet house in the countryside with a large lot. There is a small pond with carp (they love bread) Shops (supermarket, restaurants...) 5 km away with the street art city. Beautiful walks in the area: Allier River 5 km away, Tronçais Forest 20 km away. Near us, the Lurcy-Lévy circuit (5 km) or Magny-Cours (25 km) for racing enthusiasts. You will also be about 1 hour from Le Pal Park, only 40 km from Moulins and its stage costume museum.

Gite Lesvines blanc in a quiet village with swimming pool

In the heart of a small quiet village of Montvrin, we offer a rural location with views that reach as far as the eye can see! The perfect place to relax. Gite vin Blanc is a 5-person gite that is connected to the main house and another gite. It used to be used as a barn, but has now been completely converted and equipped with all modern comforts. From the terrace, you have a beautiful view of the meadows and forests in the area.

Close to many tourist sites (Castles, Tronçais Forest, Noirlac Abbey, Jacques Coeur Route, Berry Canal, Colombiers Circuit, leisure park, etc.) Ideal for a family break or a business trip.

The refuge

Close to Lurcy-Lévis, the circuit and Street-art, on the edge of the Chemin de Compostelle, the Refuge welcomes you with an open equipped kitchen in a living room, two bedrooms, toilet and separate bathroom with walk-in shower. Terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. Parking in private courtyard that can accommodate your vehicles as well as car door. Meals can be offered by reservation through our caterer.

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

Paraize Castle

A wonderful stay at Château de Paraize: staying in the French countryside with beautiful views of the horses in the fields. The river Allier is within walking distance, enjoy beautiful nature, old towns, wine estates, markets with good food or flea markets. Or bbq with us at Paraize itself, participate in a wine tasting in the old wine cellar by candlelight, or just enjoy the campfire.

House with Valley View, XXL Spa, Billiards & Pinball

Located in a small hamlet overlooking the Cher Valley, our stone house will bring you all the tranquility you need to recharge. After a pleasant hike from the house, you can relax in our outdoor XXL 6-seater hot tub while enjoying the view. After dark, you can admire the starry sky without light pollution. You can also entertain yourself with our pinball, pool table, darts or pétanque.
