The villa is located in a quiet location and has its own parking space for residents. The apartment is located on the top floor and is stylishly furnished to satisfy demanding guests, but the interior also remains true to the original style. A quiet, romantic apartment right in the center overlooking the castle has original renovated wooden floors, there is a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and a coffee machine. The apartment has its own bathroom with a toilet. SMART TV with Netflix and strong WIFI. Smoking is forbidden! DOGS are also NOT ALLOWED due to the historic floors. The apartment is designed as a partially separated room with a double bed and a kitchen with a small couch, where another person can sleep if necessary. Elevated ground floor, 7 stairs.

The spacious apartment is located on the ground floor of the house, so it has direct access to the garden. The dominant feature of Kovárna is its original brick vaults and hearth, which give the rooms a unique look. Two separate bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room make Kovárna the perfect apartment for a large family or a group of friends. Six guests can sleep comfortably here. Maximum capacity up to eight guests. The apartment has 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.

Time out at Klopferbach

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street embedded in greenery. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020 consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic equipment, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. At the foot of the property flows the Klopferbach and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a Kneipp pool.

At the edge of the forest on the Schellenberg

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Vom Balkon aus hat man direkten Blick auf den Dreisessel. Der Geh- und Radweg beginnt direkt vorm Haus. Achtung: Nicht für Tierhaar-Allergiker geeignet. Für Kinder unter 6 Jahren für mehrere Tage weniger geeignet, als Zwischenstop aber perfekt. Kurtaxe inbegriffen.
