In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

The vacation home is located on a property built with 2 residential buildings, enclosed with a fence. 100 m to the shopping market, 2.5 km to the Kyritzer lake chain, 22 km to Neuruppin, 20 km to the A 24 highway. Cycling, hiking, fishing, water tourism. Pets are not allowed. The house is a non-smoking property. For more than two people, please ask for the price. 1 car parking space on the premises.

Our vacation bungalows B1 and B2 are located on a large, quiet property on the banks of the Müggelspree. Both are identical in terms of floor plan and amenities and meet above-average standards. They are easily accessible by car and public transport. There are many parking spaces on the premises. Various shops and restaurants are nearby. For relaxation and sports, garden furniture, play equipment, bikes and paddle boats can be used free of charge. And Berlin City is very close!

Seehaus Rödd

In an exclusive location directly on the Röddelinsee with your own lake access, you can spend a relaxing holiday here. Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. A large terrace with a view of the lake invites you to linger. Leisurely walks, hikes, bike tours and sometimes a dip in the refreshing lake guarantee individual relaxation.

I am just the thing for nature lovers, forest walkers, lake bathers, sunbathers and fresh air relaxers. I am pretty and modernly furnished and actually have everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

Our bungalow invites you to absolute relaxation due to its location on the edge of the forest and the green fields lake within walking distance. But also Berlin could be reached by train in about 15 minutes.

We rent our nice little cottage 27 m², 2 min walk from Wandlitzsee to the beach 3 min to Surfing club about 5 min, 500 m from Wandlitzsee train station. Bakeries, shops or restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop outside the door, Berlin nearby, other lakes in the vicinity Wi-Fi is not available everywhere. A cozy, fully insulated wooden house awaits you in the green southeast of Berlin with its own small pool and the possibility to use the sauna for a flat-rate electricity fee. 150 m to the forest and 800 m to the S-Bahn, which takes you quickly to the center with all the sights. This offers a good combination between sightseeing and the well-deserved break afterwards.

We offer a small cozy and lovingly furnished bungalow with garden for max. 3 people. The bungalow has a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m wide) and has a sofa in the living room with a sleeping function where another person could sleep. The bungalow is located in a quiet rural area on the outskirts of Berlin.
