Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

The cozy wooden house is in the immediate vicinity of Steinhuder Meer (about 150 m). There is a modern fully equipped kitchen, a light-flooded living room, a master bedroom and a children's room with a bunk bed as well as a sofa bed. There is a shower in the small bathroom. The large natural garden offers plenty of space for the children to play while the parents can linger on the wooden terrace. The infrared heaters provide comfortable warmth.

Our cozy and well-equipped cottage is located in the countryside in the Steinhuder Meer Nature Park. Relax on the terrace overlooking the natural garden or explore the surroundings by bike and on foot. At Steinhuder Meer you will find many leisure activities, restaurants and cultural offerings. Poggenhagen has an S-Bahn connection that makes it possible to get to the beautiful state capital of Hanover by public transport (30 min. travel time).

Das Haus ist Mitte der neunziger Jahre im skandinavischen Stil errichtet worden und im Jahr 2018 aufwendig renoviert worden. Our rental is primarily aimed at business travelers and field staff, but also private travelers who are close to Hanover or other immediate surroundings. We are particularly distinguished by the direct connection and proximity to Expo Hannover. Despite the good accessibility of the exhibition grounds and the centre in Hanover, our property also offers you the necessary peace and quiet.

Welcome to our charming half-timbered house! You can expect a 4-bed room, a single room and a spacious 5-bed room on the lower floor – ideal for families, friends or groups. A special highlight is the spacious outdoor area with an inviting swimming pond, which is perfect for relaxing hours in nature. In addition, the lounge in the adjacent paintball facility is at your disposal. Here you can play billiards, table soccer or darts.

Former bakery

The former bakery in Schweringen was completely renovated as a guest house in 2019 and now offers 2 rooms (1 room with a double bed, 1.40 wide and 1 room with 2 single beds, 90 cm wide) with a shared living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The Weser ferry and the Weser cycle path are right outside the door. Schweringen and the beautiful surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike rides.

Tiny House am Steinhuder Meer

There is a tiny house for rent in the recreational area Steinhuder Meer (Mardorf) The cottage is located on a quiet side street. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the promenade. You have a forest right outside the door. Behind the house, the bike path is adjacent to the Steinhuder Meer, so you can start right outside the front door. Daily necessities are easily accessible on foot or by bike.

The 120 m² ground floor offers space for up to 8 guests (incl. towels and freshly made beds) and is ideal for families or friends looking for a relaxed environment. There are several small islands such as our reading nook or coffee bar. There is a small play area and sandbox for the children.
