The house is in Residencial Villas del Campo, 50 minutes from Santa Fe, 15 minutes from Metepec, in a private community with controlled access through an electric gate. It has two parking spaces on the ground floor, a half bathroom for visitors, a dining room, a kitchen with a bar, a back and side garden, and two bedrooms with their own bathroom and closet on the first floor. Sports courts (tennis, basketball, soccer, fronton), children's games, lots of green areas.
