Monthly Rentals in New Almaden

I stayed just shy of 3 weeks, and I really enjoyed my stay. Trung was incredibly helpful, kind, and when I had a small issue with the fridge he was extremely responsive and fixed right away. He was always available should I ever have any concerns or needs and never made me feel like I was a bother. The room was very private, clean, and I was pleasantly surprised with all of the amenities you will need for a long term stay. The backyard is incredibly peaceful and beautiful. I would absolutely stay here again!!! Amazing find!

Lisa’s property met my expectations.. The area is quiet and peaceful.. The room I stayed is neat and comfortable.. Lisa is very helpful and responsive, she even let me check out a little bit late due to unforeseen circumstances. Thank you Lisa!:)

Roya was so helpful and wonderful and I felt like I am at home. She offered me a soup and medications where I didn't feel my best. I will for sure be back, thank you Roya for making my stay so wonderful!

This is our second time to stay, and Gloria is very communicative, friendly, and caring person as well as Jeffrey. She makes sure that we are comfortable at her place, and even showed us her beautiful backyard with full of flowers, and encouraged to share the space for us to relax. We wish we could have more time to enjoy her garden next time. The place is quiet, the beds are comfortable, and new TV is nice! We recommend this place to everyone.
