Constructed in 1908, the Jones building was a former office complex. Tiny home nestled on the edge of the Shawnee National Forest. A cozy one bedroom with full closet and stacked washer and dryer the bed is a full size. Kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave. It does not have a dishwasher. Living room has a smart TV sign in to your Netflix, Sling, YouTube TV etc. Wi-fi provided. No cable. Full bathroom with shower unit. Some of our guest has said sitting on the porch watching the beautiful sunsets each night was an added bonus for staying with us.

Dee’s Downstairs Private Apartment

One bedroom with a Queen size bed and a twin rollaway bed. This space is a private apartment in the basement of my home with separate entrance. Sole access to the living room, 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, game area with foosball and ping pong tables, and kitchenette. Located on 1 acre, so it’s private, but still in town. 5 miles to downtown and 3 miles to mall area. Screened in porch and fire pit area might be shared during summer months. POOL NOT AVAILABLE TO GUESTS!!!!!

In our small village, there is a grocery store, bank, post office, Dollar Store, library, gas station, and a park are within walking distance. I-57 is one mile. We live near a railroad crossing. If you are a very light sleeper, they may wake you. Each bedroom has a desk and sitting area and the bedside table lamp bases have outlets to charge your phone or tablet.
