Christy and Richie were in constant communication and made sure that our trip was as good as the last time we stayed. Our dog does not do well with other dogs, and they were great at making sure that their dog was inside when we were out and about in their yard playing with our dog. Overall, they were just super hospitable and made sure that our stay was great!

A beautiful cabin in the woods! Enjoyed cooking on the antique stove and soaking in the claw foot tub. The perfect winter weekend getaway, cozy fire and all.

Great, quiet place with beautiful views. Very well equipped kitchen (managed to make a Thanksgiving dinner). Great opportunities for being outdoors. Really liked the short walks directly from the property and the kids loved the hot tub.

This was our second visit to the Cozy Cabin and we had a great time! This is the best place for a cozy getaway. The hot tub and the view from it is amazing. The cabin had everything we needed. Close enough to many great food spots in Littleton and Sugar Hill, but far away enough that you can enjoy peace and quiet. Looking forward to visiting again in the future!

Even more beautiful than in the photos. We were a group of 10 (6 adults, 4 18 year olds). We hiked the trails around the property (very pretty) and did a couple of local hikes as well. Spent part of a day at the shops in Littleton. Kristin is a friendly, responsive and generous host. We had a glitch with our reservation—my error—and she worked to accommodate us and all worked out well. As others have suggested, there is plenty of space for sleeping even though there aren’t a lot of actual bedrooms. The privacy screens work well, and there is so much room that it was not an issue. Highly recommend!

Cool house, worked well for 3 nights and skiing at Cannon. Kids loved the pool table and bunk beds. There is no dishwasher which is accurately reflected in the listing. The hosts were very responsive and left little instructions all over the house which was nice.

A beautiful, much-needed off-grid retreat. The cabin was cozy and warm. Stephen was great! I look forward to returning someday.

What an absolutely amazing place. Pictures actually don’t do this place justice especially in the winter with the snow oh my gosh it is gorgeous! It’s quiet and secluded on a huge plot of land but close enough to amenities like restaurants and grocery stores, which is always important for a little bit longer of a stay! My kids and I used the zip line which was a BLAST when it was snowing. Went sledding on the hills of the property and otherwise just hung out and enjoyed the views and hot tub. The walking trails were fun too. We literally didn’t need to go anywhere with all there was to do at the house including video/card/board games. We are already planning our return trip for next year I cannot wait!! Oh and of also - the host Mason was attentive, responsive, and kind!

Booked this location for a friend as my wife and I were staying in Elena's other property. We spent three days through Christmas in this beautiful post and beam. We wanted to be able to cook all of our meals there as well and the kitchen was well equipped. It had been beautifully decorated for the holidays. We added a few things and enjoyed Christmas eve and Christmas day in this very cozy space. We would definitely come again.

We had a wonderful stay at Brosie Farm. The Airbnb was thoughtfully designed, clean, and comfortable. Everything felt brand new. The location was great for skiing at Gunstock mountain with access to restaurants and plenty to do along the lake. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had to date and we’re already looking forward to coming back again.

We enjoyed two months in “the barn.” The kitchen was well equipped for preparation of meals. The bed was comfortable. The location was quiet with lots of activities nearby. And the host was most responsive.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Patty's place. Beautiful cabin with lovely antique touches, loved being right by the creek and the porch rocking chairs were a lovely touch! Nice and close to hiking trailheads. We loved getting to trek the farm trails and see the animals. Overall would highly recommend the Tea House for a cosy outdoor getaway.

This place is amazing, so comfortable and beautiful. It’s our second time going and we can’t wait to go back. West is a very nice host, we appreciate all his help and hospitality.

This was our second time staying at Jeanne and Kevin's place in only two months. We love this spot! It's comfortable and cozy, clean and organized and luxurious. The hosts have thought of every small detail, which makes you feel that they want you to truly enjoy your stay. The large gas fireplace in the bedroom is a highlight and is such a treat to sit and read in front of after a long day of skiing. Our kids (age 7&9) say this is their favorite air bnb of them all - and we've stayed at many over the years. The location is great - less than 10 minutes from skiing and town. My only regret is not staying just one more day! We've only visited in the winter and we can't wait to return in the warmer months.

Enjoyed our stay with George and Ethel! George was extremely communicative leading up to and the day of our stay to make sure we arrived without a hitch. Traveling with dogs can be tough, and options can be limited, but George and Ethel made us feel right at home, including a welcome doggie basket for our pups. Nestled in nature, this is wonderful hideaway from the hustle and bustle. Feeding the wild turkeys was the highlight of our mornings there. Thank you George and Ethel, I hope we can be back to stay again!

We were a group of 8 women renting this house for a cross country ski vacation. We all frequently use airbnb, and felt like this was one of the best places we have stayed at. The house is very nicely set up with a tremendous amount of attention to detail. For example, there were backpacks and outdoor hiking poles favailable or our use. There is a beautiful deck with a tremendous mountain view. Also a recreation room on the lower level with every kind of game imaginable. We hope to stay there again next year!

The place is clearly well taken care of with attention to detail. This would be a great place any time of year. Miriam and the home were very accommodating. I would return to this location with great peace of mind.

I booked Jason's Carriage House solely for its proximity to hiking trails. After 5 days I did not want to leave. Everything was absolutely perfect! I especially appreciate that pets are allowed. My kitty settled right in and loved snoozing in front of the gas "fireplace" in the evenings. During my stay a terrific windstorm occurred with regionwide loss of power for many hours; however, there was a generator at the Carriage House so electric power was continuous throughout. The views of nearby mountains, Eastman and South Baldface, are spectacular, and the area is very peaceful. I would love to return next winter.

We had an awesome adults weekend at Bobs place. He was an amazing host. We came up to go to the ice castle with a group of 8 of us. We were not sure if we would be cramped inside as the weather was cold and snowy. We were not at all the large spacious living room gave us all a place to hang out. The hot tub and outside bar area was also an awesome spot to hangout. There was a snow storm the morning of our check out Bob called me the night before and told us not to rush for our check out and to stay as long as we need with the bad weather. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a large place that still feels like home. We will definitely be doing a return trip at some point soon. Thanks Bob

Great location and very charming location. Was very comfortable. Great kitchen with a gas stove and all the necessary implements for cooking meals. Cole and his wife were very responsive and helpful with questions that i had and they even left us with a bottle of wine and cookies when we arrived which was splendid as it was our anniversary. The location was super close to the covered bridge, the Echo Lake State Park and the Kancamagus, as well as US 302 which were in prime fall colors during our stay.

We had a great time at David's place. There was plenty of space with a nice open concept with a great view of the lake. We went in the winter so we couldn't get down to the lake but it was beautiful to see. We would definitely recommend David's place.
