Gem of a place! Very unique house in a prime location for exploring the derbyshire dales or the peak district. I couldn’t recommend this stay more!

Excellent self contained accommodation. Tasteful decor and furnishings with modern kitchen and bathroom. The apartment was very welcoming with some lovely gestures of provisions in the fridges and a vase of flowers. Great communication throughout our stay particularly from Janet who checked in with us almost daily. We will definitely be booking the apartment again when we are next visiting our family.

The cottage was very cozy and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the duvets and pillows were good quality and smelt fresh and clean. There was everything there that we needed along with some additional finishing touches making our stay most pleasant. The road it’s on is quite busy but the double glazing meant it didn’t disturb us and we were in a great location to visit chatsworth house,Buxton,Bakewell and Mam tor. Will definitely return in the future Andy communicated very well with us from booking to leaving.

A very clean and comfortable space, exactly as described and with thoughtful touches. A great base for the Peak District and the recommendations for local shops, pubs and restaurants were especially welcome.
