Monthly Rentals in New York Harbor

I stayed at this lovely place for two months and only have positive things to say! As a young women traveling to the city alone I was anxious that the place I stayed was safe, and Sophie and Kotaro made sure that every question I had was answered swiftly, and that I had everything I needed. The bathroom and kitchen spaces were always immaculately clean, with fresh linens and towels whenever I requested! The location is near the water and very quiet and residential, full of amazing places to eat, and despite being away from Manhattan it was only a four minute walk for me to the R train that goes straight into the city! I always felt safe walking around at night in this area and I would highly, highly recommend staying here! Thank you Sophie and Kotaro for your kindness, your care, and for making my trip to NYC so amazing!!!

This is a great room in a nice quiet neighborhood. The room was well appointed and we had everything we needed. Duane was a pleasure to deal with.

We had a great stay at Amir’s apartment. Much space, comfortable bed, nice view of Manhattan from the kitchen area and two terraces. If you come to New York in summer, it’s really a perfect place to stay. But the most important thing is how Amir treats his guests. We came to New York for Christmas and New Year, so my wish was to buy a big Christmas tree. However, we didn’t have a car, so Amir was really kind to take us to a Christmas market and helped to transport the tree on the roof of his car. Moreover, he showed us around and fulfilled all our requests. Highly recommended.

The property has high quality furnishings, especially the kitchen is very well equipped. All rooms were very clean and nicely furnished. The surrounding area is safe and quiet. The ferry is easily accessible by train, and the train/bus is just a few minutes' walk away. The ferry is free and takes about 25 minutes to get to Manhattan. Overall, we had a great stay, the hosts were always quick to reach and very friendly. We highly recommend the place.
