Grimsthorpe Castle, Belton House, Langar Hall, Belvoir Castle, Long Clawson Dairy, Colston Bassett Dairy, The Martins Arms and Langar Skydive are all local. Fresh orchard apples when in season. Own Small Kitchen with Sink, Fridge, Twin Hotplates and a Microwave Oven. Shower and Toilet with Hand Wash Basin. The Studio is a 10 minute bus ride from the city centre but in a quiet leafy area and is only a five minute walk from Wollaton Park. Private off road parking is provided for guests right next to the studio entrance.

Little Acres is a first floor self-contained apartment situated in a quiet village on the edge of the Vale of Belvoir, Leicestershire / Lincolnshire border. Just a 2-minute drive from the A1 and close to the A52. The Apartment is located on the first floor of our home, above the garages, ideal for 2 people, but can sleeps up to 4. Entry is through a shared utility area (separate to our house) and a private stair case leads to the apartment. We also offer private off road parking for one car.

My flat is self contained with its own entrance. It has an open plan kitchen / living room with full cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and a full set of kitchen wares. The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

Charming flat in lovely rural location

Entire private flat with own entrance set in the picturesque village of Laneham with lots of local attractions. Ideal for small families and couples looking for a countryside break or for work trips being reasonably close to Lincoln, Newark and Retford. The openplan living space and kitchen has everything that you need and the bedroom has plenty of storage and a nice comfortable bed. The flat is the second floor of an old barn in a village with a brewery, pubs and nice walks along the Trent.
