The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

Entire private flat with own entrance set in the picturesque village of Laneham with lots of local attractions. Ideal for small families and couples looking for a countryside break or for work trips being reasonably close to Lincoln, Newark and Retford. The openplan living space and kitchen has everything that you need and the bedroom has plenty of storage and a nice comfortable bed. The flat is the second floor of an old barn in a village with a brewery, pubs and nice walks along the Trent.
