With an en-suite bathroom, well equipped kitchen and small private patio this apartment is perfect for everything Sheffield has to offer! We have 2 friendly dogs and a cat. We also have free overnight parking.

The property is walkable to the bus and tram stops, as well as to the well loved Rivelin valley.

Bus routes (95 & 52) run every 10 minutes to the universities, city centre and train station. Taxis from the station are approx. £6-£8. The Peak District is 15 minutes away by car. Ideal for professionals, families and outdoor enthusiasts.

The Annexe

Check out our reviews. This is the Annexe to our home, detached from the main house, so even though you are our guests you have your own space. There is a large bedroom with a double bed and a second smaller bedroom with a 3/4 bed. Also a double sofa bed in the lounge. Excellent speed Wi-Fi is available throughout . The price listed includes a continental breakfast The neighbourhood is peaceful. Good links to city centre and motorway. Parking either on our drive or out front.
