The cottage was previously owned by the Armstrong family owners of Craigside and Bambrugh Castle. In the past its been a post office and a sweet shop. Loan End Cottage is a lovely Georgian 2 bedroom cottage located a 7 minute walk from the centre of Alnwick. Off-street parking and own private entrance to the cottage. The owners live next door in the main part of the house, but you'll rarely see them unless you want to!! Living room with log-burner, kitchen, small rear courtyard on the ground floor. Upstairs their are 2 bedrooms - a single bed and a double bed - and a bathroom with over bath shower.
