Monthly Rentals in Newbold on Avon

A spotless, one bedroomed apartment with all the facilities one would want, including a very comfortable bed. It is in a suburban neighbourhood with a convenience store within 5 minutes walk. Check-in and out was very easy. A very enjoyable two day break!

The Garden Room was a lovely place to stay for a few nights. It’s exactly like the photos, looked lovely and presentable inside. The weather was pretty hot the last few days so we were very thankful for the fan unit. The area is lovely too, nice to walk around and get to places in the local area or walk the dog! I would definitely stay here again as it was so pleasant and comfortable. Rachel was also very responsive, helpful and friendly, especially with how last minute the request was, so I really appreciated that. Thank you!

This house is so cozy and sweet. We booked it because of the size and location, perfect for 2 people, and ideal walking distance of Rugby town. It looked just like the photos and was very clean, updated, and comfortable. Mark was easy to get ahold of when we had questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We had such a lovely stay and will definitely be booking with Mark again.
