Sally took the time to welcome us and show us around the property. We had a lovely stay with cosy bedding, well equipped kitchen and clean bathroom. Having access to walk the dog in her property was fantastic. The property was warm and the games room was an added bonus for teenagers.

Sam was a great host and provided clear communication. The cottage was nestled on the edge of the town centre at the entrance to the park and close to amenities. The property its self was charming and cozy however it was a little tired. The stay was very relaxing and all in all it was reasonably priced.

Thank you Pippa and Bradley for making our 2025 New Year magical. The cottage is lovely and met our needs perfectly. However the best thing about this cottage is the location. We absolutely loved the solitude and peacefulness, hopefully not too disturbed by us. Would highly recommend this cottage if peace and quiet is what you are after. We should also add that despite staying over New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day Pippa and Bradley were awesome hosts who made us feel really welcome and properly looked after. Thank you again for making our stay so wonderful.

Absolutely loved our 2 night stay here. Really nice remote getaway, we felt very secluded and enjoyed simply cooking and sitting round the fire in an evening. The facilities were excellent and there were plenty of interesting walks within a short distance. We also travelled to the nearby Kielder observatory to take advantage of the dark sky site for a night of stargazing. Thanks again!
