Smooth stay no issues . Accommodation and setting great . Everything you needed was onsite . Just walk down the lane adjacent to the farm and turn right for a lovely local pub. Bonus was a couple of visits from a jack russel . The hot tub gets hot ! Heed the instructions . Thank you for a lovely stay ❤️

The house is lovely, is well equipped and was spotlessly clean. It felt like a home rather than just a house. It was easy to park outside. Bishop Auckland is a great place to visit. We wish we were there for longer

We had a wonderful stay at Howee Inn. It’s small but perfectly formed and had everything we needed for one night. Pamela was really friendly and provided clear instructions and made sure we had everything we needed. We were left bread, milk, eggs and butter which was a lovely touch that we enjoyed for breakfast. The local area is lovely too, and we would recommend the local pub for dinner.

Had a lovely Easter weekend at Ben and Caroline’s place. The house was super cosy and you felt right at home. The view all around was amazing, it was so peaceful and quiet and occasionally you could hear the animals and birds on the farm which was really nice. The hot tub was one of my favourite parts for sure. Caroline was really nice and offered to light it for us on the first night whilst we went out for a few hours. Would absolutely come back.
