Janelle and Dave are absolutely wonderful hosts! This little cottage was perfect for my long-term stay in Turlock. I felt incredibly safe, comfortable, and was relatively close to everything I needed. Janelle was great for any concerns or even recommendations for things to do around the area. If I’m ever in Turlock again, I would definitely stay here and will recommend this place to anyone!

Jeff was super easy to communicate with and easy to speak with. His rental is as described and it was a nice quiet retreat. The home had everything needed for a long stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here at this little cottage. As she mentioned in the listing, it is a working farm so there is a little bit of movement of people and vehicles somewhat nearby - on some days in the morning and in the afternoon but I did not find it to be bothersome. Most of the time, I did not see anyone around. And I enjoyed walking in the almond groves all around! The WIFI was plenty fast-enough for me to work and stream movies. There is no TV but there is a Walmart about 10 minutes away. The water pressure was good and there was always plenty of hot water. The dishwasher works great and the rest of the appliances are also clean and work great and the kitchen is very roomy. I like the open floor plan and the bed and recliner were also very comfortable. I did not use the wood stove but I used the space heater that they have there and it worked well, as did the AC unit. I had a very comfortable stay!

Great place. Always stay at this home when in California for work. Plenty of space!
