Holiday rentals with lake access in Newport Beach

Second stay for us. Will book again in the future. The home is extremely clean, safe, and quiet. The grounds are remarkable. There are very nice walking paths not too far from the front door. We took advantage of them this time and will do so again on our next stay. We find the hosts to be very communicative, available, accommodating, and honest. We appreciate how they care about their guests and their property!

Highly recommend Deej as a host, he was amazing! He was so quick to respond to any of our questions and concerns and was really proactive and detailed in his instructions. All of this made our visit very stress free and our trip that much more enjoyable. The Airbnb itself was so clean from kitchen to bathroom to the bedroom. Dishes were all clean, even the blinds were free of dust and the place smelled nice. The views of the mountain were also so worth the price along with how close everything is, restaurants, stores, etc. Props to Deej for being an amazing host and for having such a perfect little slice of heaven that he's willing to share with others. Ron lives up to the moniker of Super Host. His communication skills are excellent, he was helpful and very responsive; the property was in perfect condition so we didn't need much help. The house is spacious and nicely appointed. There is everything outside to make a fun gathering special: pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and pretty patio. Inside the beds were incredibly comfortable which is so important and often overlooked. The kitchen was stocked with staples which we appreciated. We had fun with the pool table and the outside spa. Ron was so patient with our figuring out the app to control the heat. It would be nice to know up front that there is a cost to heating the pool as it is often cold in May and June in that area, but we worked it out. Ron is very accommodating. I would recommend this property 100% if your travels take you to Mission Viejo. Try San Juan Capistrano for a little visit when you tire of the beach, it's cute, close and has great restaurants. Thank you, Dean, for your wonderful hospitality. The lake house was the perfect final stop on our family USA trip before heading back home to Australia. The home was absolutely beautiful, spacious, spotless, and even better than the photos. Its location was ideal, close to Disneyland and shops, nestled in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood with gorgeous gardens. The view overlooking the backyard pool and lake was simply breathtaking. We truly appreciated your excellent & fast communication and warm hospitality and accommodating our extra requests. Our family and friends are all in awe of our photos of your home. We were in town for a funeral and it was the perfect place to unwind, relax and visit. Comfortable enough for 8 adults. Everything was clean and as described. Chuchu was very responsive.

Sandy and Terry were amazing hosts! The house is just beautiful and beachy. Everything was pretty clean and organized. We loved the pool and enjoyed the spa a lot. They were pretty attentive to our needs, respectful and kind. It was a lovely stay… we highly recommend this Airbnb.

Wonderful location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, a library, a playground, and beach. We loved heading out on foot to grab coffee and walk to the ocean, or to the beach along the canal which was so close and uncrowded. Great shower, washer and dryer in the unit, kind and responsive hosts. The window a/c units in each bedroom provided nice climate control. We were very comfortable and would’ve liked to have stayed longer. There is some road noise at night from the close proximity to 2nd street, and cars must be moved on Thursday/Friday due to street sweeping, but I was able to find parking a few blocks away on 2nd St, so I would suggest doing that rather than looking in the neighborhoods.

The property was perfect for our stay. The courtyard, patio and view are really great. The house is spacious and conveniently located, with great amenities. We had everything we needed. The host is responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!
